Matt Lawrence
Matt has been in the fitness industry since 2002, earning a BSc (Hons) and MSc in sports science, and graduating as a Physiotherapist in 2009. His holistic approach to health and fitness includes assessing, diagnosing, and rehabilitating athletes. A highlight of his career was working as a physiotherapist and assistant coach at the 2012 Paralympics in London.
He is the Head Coach and Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist at CrossFit Esher, founded with his wife in 2014. Matt focuses on precision shooting in functional fitness, developing Skishoot TM, and advancing cryotherapy technology with Halo Pursuits.
Florence Kum
Introducing Flo, a seasoned professional with a strong background in producing games for PlayStation. She excels in managing European productions and multilingual projects, bringing extensive expertise in gamification and human psychology to drive engagement and innovation.
Flo owns and runs two successful F45 studios in Surbiton and Winchester, positively impacting the local community with her dedication to health and wellness.
With a BSc (Hons) in Astrophysics and Space Science and a BSc in Business Statistics, Flo combines scientific knowledge and analytical skills for strategic decision-making. In her spare time, she enjoys training at her local CrossFit box and binge-watching series.
Alistair Smith
Alistair has considerable experience scaling and leading high growth teams. Working with companies to build software and product businesses.
Alistair has worked with global teams across multiple sectors to develop product and services specific to delivering value to their customers.
He is a colt's rugby coach and avid CrossFit enthusiast.
