SkiShoot Standard
The standard Skishoot™ test requires athletes to hit the laser pistol target five times within a fifty second window (successful shots signified by a green light on the target) before achiveing max distance in the remaining time. Athletes will complete five rounds, recording their total distance.
RowShot
The standard RowShoot test is achieve 2.5/2.125km in a 15min window. *every 3mins, athletes have a 50s window to hit 5 green lights.
BikeShoot
The standard BikeShoot test is 4 Rounds for time: 50s window to shoot 5 green lights & 1600m.
