ErgShoot Winter Throwdown 2024
Test your limits this winter
Join us this October for Ski Shoot UK's inaugral Winter Throwdown!
Hosted by CrossFit Esher at the Imber Court Sports Club in Esher, Surrey, your mental and athletic limits will be put to the test through a series of erg/shooting events.
Athletes will compete in categorised heats against other shooters for prizes (and most importantly, bragging rights).
Spectators are welcome to watch, stay fuelled with CrossFit Esher's newest partner - Bru_d Cafe and enjoy vendor pop-up village.

We're pleased to announce the first place winners of our 2024 Winter Throwdown are;
Individual Mens - Nick Denby
Individual Womens - Daisy Hassell & Danni Bertolone
Individual Adaptive - Natalie South-Law
Pairs Mens - WILLROD
Pairs Womens - EDDIES HERMANAS
A note on scoring - points were provided for 1st through to 5th place. For first place, 15 points were on offer, 12 for second, 9 for third, 6 for forth and 3 for fifth. In the case of a tie-break, the winner was decided by the most first places.
Congratulations to the winners and well done to everyone for taking part. You made the day.
